spinning out of control

what the hell i am i to do... i sm do confused and lost and dont know where i am anymore....i mean come on...my grandma was in the hospital because she had test is going to have to have surgey....plus to add to it has a lump on her neck which is more then likly cancer...what the fuck i am to think and do and act and all that i just dont know anymore...my life is spinning out of control.....so yeah...i need help...lol dont we all
